Seeking:

Sheriff Schmid:

AVAILABLE ROLE. Caucasian man, 50s-60s. A sheriff during one of the roughest periods in our nation's history. Pragmatic and non-violent by nature, he becomes hell-bent on capturing Bonnie and Clyde after Clyde shoots and kills his deputy.

Ted Hinton:

AVAILABLE ROLE. Caucasian man, mid-late 20s. Like Clyde and Bonnie, he also grew up in the slum of West Dallas, but a strong moral compass led him away from a life of crime and down the path to law enforcement. In love with Bonnie but passed over for Clyde. Tenor, excellent singer, naturalistic pop country sound.

Standby for Young Bonnie:

AVAILABLE POSITION (onstage role is cast; offstage standby position is available). Young Bonnie is a 12-year-old Caucasian girl. Smart, confident, with dreams that take her beyond Cement, TX. Excellent singer needed.

Standby for Young Clyde:

AVAILABLE POSITION (onstage role is cast; offstage standby position is available). Young Clyde is a 12-year-old Caucasian boy. With Jesse James as his hero, he’s already an outlaw in the making. Excellent singer – unchanged voice preferred.

Bonnie Parker:

OFFER OUT; ROLE STILL AVAILABLE; CHECK NOTICE AGAIN FOR CASTING-STATUS UPDATE. Caucasian woman, early 20s. Dreams of fame and stardom as a singer/actress/poet filled her head from an early age. Once a straight-A student with a gift for music and poetry, she falls in love with the wrong guy in a desperate need to escape the misery of Cement, TX. Excellent singer and versatile high belter with a naturalistic pop country sound.

Clyde Barrow:

OFFER OUT; ROLE STILL AVAILABLE; CHECK NOTICE AGAIN FOR CASTING-STATUS UPDATE. Caucasian man, early 20s. The wrong guy. Charismatic and at times charming, but a violent temper easily triggered. Poverty made him a criminal, prison made him a killer. Excellent singer with a high baritenor voice and naturalistic pop country sound.

Blanche:

OFFER OUT; ROLE STILL AVAILABLE; CHECK NOTICE AGAIN FOR CASTING-STATUS UPDATE. Caucasian woman, mid 20s. Conservative, God-fearing Christian. Steadfast in her convictions and her love for her husband Buck. Owns and runs the Cinderella Beauty Salon. Excellent singer with a high belt and naturalistic pop country sound.

Buck:

OFFER OUT; ROLE STILL AVAILABLE; CHECK NOTICE AGAIN FOR CASTING-STATUS UPDATE. Caucasian man, mid 20s. Although older and bigger than his brother Clyde, Buck is not nearly as powerful. Torn between living a poor, law-abiding life with Blanche and the rich, outlaw life with Clyde. Character voice – baritone, naturalistic pop country sound.
