Doubles as: Coach Cowan: high school football coach who was an early mentor for the lead character. Coach Hank: fiery, tough, high energy, win-at-all-costs football coach. Reporter: hardnosed, muckraker sports writer. Racist Man: George Wallace type. Technician. Radio/Television Announcer. Football Player.
