Breakdown
LANDY: Late 30s-40s. Male. An imposing presence, Landy is a long time detective in the CPD. He has a complicated history with Goggins--his first partner when he joined the force--and has an equally complex relationship with his most recent former partner, Lucy, who is now missing. He is in a near constant struggle to control his rage and anger and frequently uses force to achieve his goals.
