Mid 30s. A very warm good person. A mother of a 6 year old boy. Brings out the best in others. Has a surprising sense of humor and imagination.
George/Fez
One actor to play both roles; African-American men, 30s-40s. The ability to sing is a plus. GEORGE: Runs a hardware store, laconic, dry sense of humor. Keeps his feelings to himself. FEZ: Full of life and compassion. Throws a great party. A modern working class African American version of Dickens’ Fezziwig.
Daisy/Well Dressed Woman
One actress to play both roles; African-American women, 30s-40s. The ability to sing is a plus. DAISY: Bubbly, a bit ditzy, George's Wife. WELL DRESSED WOMAN: Upper class, educated, good woman soliciting donations for the less fortunate
