John W. Engeman Theater Northport (LI) NY LOA $399/week minimum. Free RT transportation provided from Manhattan to Northport during tech and run.

10 AM – 6 PM 250 West 54th Street, 5th Floor

Lunch from 1:30 – 2:30. New York City

Line up outside 250 W 54 only – NOT outside 244!!

Please prepare a brief song from the show, or other appropriate selection. Bring sheet music in the correct key; accompanist is provided, but may not transpose.

Please bring a picture & resume, stapled back-to-back.

Seeking (all listed roles are available (i.e. not yet offered and accepted) and will be considered for Equity contracts):

Peggy Sawyer:

Early 20s. Young, talented, hopeful newcomer, auditioning for her first Broadway show. Small-town girl with big dreams. Triple threat; excellent tap skills; soprano.

Julian Marsh:

40s-50s. Successful Broadway-show director. Charismatic and handsome. Doesn’t dance, but strong singing and acting role. Baritone (D to high G).

Dorothy Brock:

30s-50s. Established Broadway star; prima donna. Some movement required. Alto.

Billy Lawlor:

20s. Juvenile leading man. Suave, good-looking and a bit cocky. Excellent tap skills required. Tenor.

Maggie Jones:

Mid 30s-50s. Co-author of “Pretty Lady”. Character actress/ comedienne. Alto (Ab below middle C to C).

Bert Barry:

Mid 30s-50s. Co-author of “Pretty Lady”. Comic song-and-dance man. Baritenor.

Andy Lee:

30s-40s. Dance director. Heavy dance role. Baritenor.

Annie:

20s-30s. A chorus girl. “Anytime Annie”. Soprano/alto.
