Should you receive an audition appointment, you will receive a confirmation email within one week, with further specific information regarding your audition.

On audition day:
- Arrive at least one hour before your appointment time.
- Bring 40 sets of pictures and resumes to be distributed to attending theaters.
- Actors will have 2 ½ minutes to perform. You may present one or two monologue, or a monologue and song of your choice - totaling no more than 2 ½ minutes. Bring sheet music in correct key; accompanist provided but may not transpose.

Richard, Duke of Gloucester – 35-50 year old male. Manipulative, intelligent, egotistical, and power-hungry, he will stop at nothing to become king; deformed in body and heartless in his actions, he possesses a conniving nature and a sardonic wit. Actor should be skilled in armed stage combat.
King Edward IV – 50-60 year old male. Brother to Richard and George, reigning king at the top of play; bed-ridden and plagued with guilt, he is easily manipulated; unaware of Richard’s plot to overthrow him, he dies believing peace has been restored.
George, Duke of Clarence – 30-45 year old male. Brother to Richard and Edward; gentle and trusting, he invites sympathy; he acknowledges his guilt for past crimes and wishes to restore peace, yet dies at Richard’s command.
Duchess of York – mother of Richard, Edward and George; fiercely protective yet regretful, she eventually curses Richard for his actions; old in years and sorrow.

Good Ol’ Girl #1 (Elaine): Late 20s - 30s, strong country blues singer with wide vocal range, and mix. Sexy, sassy, sensitive with inner strength. Always picks the wrong guy.
Good Ol’ Girl #2 (Lianne): 20s. Strong actor/singer (country belt and mezzo/mix). Fun, attractive, seemingly nave (with an underlying sense of irony). Good comedienne.
Good Ol’ Girl #3 (MaryEllen): Mid 30s-mid 40s. Strong Actor/singer (country belt/rock), smart, sexy, funny and classy when she wants to be.
