Accentuate
The Brits have arrived and I'm here to help you to be ahead of the game. British dialect coaching at home, on the phone or Skype only $1 per minute! (20 minute minimum)
It's not just about being able to 'do' the accent but also having the right inflections which makes all the difference whether you have an audition or you've already booked the job.
Rachel Izen is a British actress who after having had a prestigious career on stage and screen spanning over thirty years in the UK, relocated to the USA clutching her green card and bearing the title ‘An Alien of Extraordinary Ability’. She was immediately cast as the inimitable Mrs. Brill in the US First National tour of Disney’s Mary Poppins and was transferred to the NY company where she made her Broadway debut. Being the company's resident Brit and the absence of a dialect coach Rachel became the accent 'go to'. This continued at Hartford Stage, CT and at the Old Globe, San Diego where she created the role of Miss Shingle in the highly acclaimed, destined for Broadway production of A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder.

Amy Stoller - Dialect Coach
Whether you want a quick fix for an audition, a reliable guide for an upcoming show, or in-depth work on your accent/dialect repertoire, I can help you reach your goal.
Overall career concerns? If an identifiably “foreign” or regional accent is restricting your castability, I can work with you to develop a “professional” American speech that is readily intelligible: minimizing potentially distracting characteristics, and maximizing the ease and flexibility that full dramatic expression requires.
