54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Scott Dreier in Doris and Me on Wednesday, August 20th. DORIS AND ME is one man's quirky, lovable obsession with music and movie icon, Doris Day.

As the ultimate, obsessed fan, Scott Dreier makes this more than your typical tribute show to a timeless artist, taking the audience with him on a sentimental journey to nostalgic times gone by. As he lovingly shares, through classic treasured songs, personal anecdotes, humor, heart, and many Doris Day stories and history, Scott Dreier never lets us forget how much he loves her and why he has become Doris Day's biggest fan.

Written and conceived by Scott Dreier along with Kurtis Simmons, DORIS AND ME is directed by Richard Israel, with musical direction by Jonathan May.

Scott Dreier in Doris and Me plays 54 Below (254 West 54th Street) on Wednesday, August 20th There is a $25-$35 cover charge and $25 food and beverage minimum. Tickets and information are available at www.54Below.com. Tickets on the day of performance after 4:00 are only available by calling (646) 476-3551.

Having grown up in a family where music, TV, and films were strictly monitored, Scott was somehow allowed to watch the Saturday Afternoon Film Festival. This is where he first discovered Doris Day. She became his escape, always making the bad days brighter and happier with her artistry and joyous spirit. And this is where his love affair and obsession with Doris began.

Dreier has been touring with the show for two and a half years, including several successful and critically lauded runs at the El Portal Theatre in Los Angeles and at the Welk Resort Theatre in Escondido. He has also performed the show in Arizona, San Diego, Thousand Oaks, Rhode Island and San Francisco. It is particularly thrilling to be doing the show this year during Doris Day's milestone birthday year (she turned 90 on April 3rd) and Scott was one of the lucky guests present when Doris surprised everyone by making her first public appearance in decades and coming to the celebration.

Scott has made his living as a professional performer for 20 years in theatre- having performed in over 50 theatrical productions -TV, commercials, voiceover, film, recording and cabaret. His self- titled debut solo CD of big band, Broadway and pop songs was selected onto the preliminary Grammy Ballot. Scott has been the guest vocalist for Pasadena Pops and has sung back up for Barbra Streisand. As a voiceover artist, Scott was the voice of Knuckles the Echidna for Sega Games, Sonic the Hedgehog for many years. He has appeared in numerous national and regional television commercials.
