Summer sizzles in Primetime with the premiere of the tenth season of Food Network Star, as 12 finalists compete for the coveted title on Sunday, June 1st at 9pm guided by mentors Alton Brown, Giada De Laurentiis and Bobby Flay. On Wednesday, June 4th at 9pm, Willie Degel reveals what happens behind-the-scenes to keep America's eateries from success with a new season of Restaurant Stakeout. Rachael Ray returns to Primetime with the premiere of special The Big Tip on Sunday, June 8th at 10pm. Alton Brown heats up The Kitchen with new episodes of Cutthroat Kitchen on Sunday, June 22nd at 10pm, as four talented chefs compete to see who can overcome the obstacles of kitchen sabotage. Rounding out June are premiere episodes of Chopped Canada, Guy's Grocery Games, Mystery Diners, Restaurant: Impossible, Restaurant Stakeout and Rewrapped, along with new episodes in daytime of Farmhouse Rules, Southern at Heart and The Kitchen. PRIMETIME SEASON PREMIERES

Food Network Star - Premiering Sunday, June 1st at 9pm
Food Network's long-running competition series Food Network Star is back for a tenth season, with culinary icons Alton Brown, Giada De Laurentiis and Bobby Flay leading the charge to discover the next promising face in food television. The twelve new contenders are put to the test in a season filled with unique competitions challenging their kitchen and on-camera chops, to find out who has the talent and charisma to follow in Alton, Giada and Bobby's footsteps and helm their own show.
Premiering Sunday, June 1st at 9pm - "Hollywood Calling!" - SEASON PREMIERE!
In the season premiere, the contestants are welcomed to Los Angeles for their Star-making journey by Alton, Giada and Bobby, who invite the cast to their own red carpet premiere party that very night at a Hollywood studio backlot. Each finalist must present themselves to a select group of tastemakers, including E! personality Ross Mathews, and prepare their most impressive party bite for The Challenge judges Alton, Giada, Bobby and Food Network executives Bob Tuschman and Susie Fogelson.

Premiering Sunday, June 8th at 9pm - "Please Try This At Home"

A Food Network Star must be able to teach home viewers how to prepare great meals. Alton tests the finalists on their communication skills - he prepares a recipe, but only according to the verbal instructions given by the contestants. Then the finalists create their own instructional video for a home cook, with Food Network chef Alex Guarnaschelli cooking along using only their directions. After Alex is revealed to the contestants, she helps the selection committee decide who will be sent home.

Premiering Sunday, June 15th at 9pm - "Cutthroat Food Star"

The finalists are divided into two teams of five for a Cutthroat Kitchen-style battle, where finalists bid on sabotages to thwart their opponents. Alton runs the festivities, with Bobby and Cutthroat Kitchen judge Jet Tila critiquing the final dishes. The Victorious finalist in each heat keeps their winnings, while the least successful competitor hits the road.

Premiering Sunday, June 22nd at 9pm - "Internet Marketing Video"

Bobby tests the social media skills of the finalists by having them each create a 30-second, behind-the-scenes video blog. Then the finalists are teamed up to make an internet marketing video for Hershey's® candy products. The spots are shot at YouTube's soundstages and judged by two Youtube executives. Which video will have the judges hitting "fast forward" and who will be "deleted" from the competition?

Premiering Sunday, June 29th at 9pm - "Live Demo at Knott's Berry Farm"

Live demos are a staple of every Food Network Star's repertoire. In this week's challenge, the finalists take the stage at Knott's Berry Farm, an amusement park built on a deep culinary tradition, to perform a food demo for hundreds of park visitors. The finalist who fails to wow the crowd with their show and their food goes home.

Web series Star Salvation returns for a second outing on Sunday, June 1st and goes live just after Food Network Star's east coast airing. Available exclusively online and hosted by last season's Star winner Damaris Phillips and Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian, the six-episode web-only culinary Contest gives eliminated finalists a chance to re-enter the competition. In a nod to the show's tenth season, two fan-favorites from past seasons return in the premiere Salvation challenge to battle the first eliminated finalist. The winner will re-enter Food Network Star on Sunday, July 13th.

Restaurant Stakeout
Premiering Wednesday, June 4th at 9pm
Willie Degel is known for running a tight ship at his restaurants. His secret: cameras canvassing every inch of his restaurant, allowing him to keep a close eye on his floor, staff and patrons. Willie takes his practices to troubled restaurateurs looking to find and Rectify the hidden problems that lie within their establishments.

Chopped
Premiering Tuesday, June 3rd at 10pm - "There Will Be Bloody Marys"
Sweet! The chefs open up their first basket which looks to be challenging with two of the ingredients including a fancy cake and a Bloody Mary. Then in the entrée round, the three chefs try to create memorable entrees with ground chicken and seafood paella. In the dessert round, an ice cream machine blunder causes problems for one of the finalists. Host: Ted Allen Judges: Scott Conant, Alex Guarnaschelli, Marc Murphy
Premiering Tuesday, June 10th at 10pm - "Four Fathers"
Making their kids oh-so-proud, four daring dads take on the pressure cooker that is the Chopped Kitchen! How will the fathers-turned-competitors fare with fish and salt and vinegar potato chips in the appetizer round? The dads get the gift of a bottle of scotch in the entrée basket. Then, the two fathers left standing fight it out in the dessert round, where the judges debate whose rice pudding and pretzel dessert earns the title of Chopped Champion. Premiering Tuesday, June 17th at 10pm - "Salt Pearls of Wisdom"
Presentation is at the forefront of the judges' first decision, as they compare shrimp and chickpea dishes. In the entree round, the flavor profile of the baklava in the basket might cause the chefs to stumble and the chefs try to find wise ways to use salt pearls in their dishes. Premiering Tuesday, June 24th at 10pm - "Swai Not?"
The chefs open up the first baskets to find falafel mix and date paste among the four appetizer ingredients. Then in the entree round, they must work with a puzzling fish. Premiering Thursday, June 5th at 9pm -"Showdown at the Oka Corral"
A stiff drink raises the bar in the first round as a new mom and a chef school instructor set out to prove they have what it takes in this episode of Chopped Canada. Organs and fruit make strange dinner partners in round two. A sweet treat and a smoked meat bring out fierce competition for the final prize. Premiering Thursday, June 12th at 9pm -"That Wascally Wabbit"
In a battle of the young versus the seasoned, four chefs Face Off to win the $10,000 prize. A strong appetizer round with escargot and onion rings leaves the judges wondering who should be chopped. Things heat up in the dinner round, as one chef's rabbit is underdone and another is cooked to a crisp. Premiering Thursday, June 19th at 9pm -"One Flew Over the Cocoa's Nest"
Four chefs stick their necks out when ostrich and lollipops make an appearance in the appetizer round. The entree makes for a wild time when chefs must mix a jiggly dessert with a gamey meat. It is a bit of a pickle for the two remaining chefs who must find a way to sneak a popular bar food into a prize-winning dessert. Premiering Thursday, June 26th at 9pm -"Some Skin in the Game"
The chefs each show they have got some skin in the game with some excellent uses of epiderm in the appetizer round. One chef attempts the im-pasta-ble in the entree course. Cutthroat Kitchen
Premiering Sunday, June 1st at 10pm -"Judging Judges"
The tables are turned in this special as judges compete in this episode of Cutthroat Kitchen. First, someone's tortillas are shredded to make taquitos and one contestant forces the others to use undesirable proteins. Then, two chefs are forced to purchase tickets to a meatball lottery and Alton Brown makes one chef wear periscope glasses for the entire challenge. The chefs must cook with one hand literally tied behind their back in the final round.
Premiering Sunday, June 15th at 10pm -"Panini, Meeny, Miny, Mo"
In the first round, one chef is forced to perform a balancing act while they cook chicken pot pie while another is forced to use only a spork the entire challenge. Next up, a childhood rhyme turns into one chef's nightmare and Alton Brown forces the chefs to go vintage to make a panini. Finally, one chef must spring into action to save their cheesecake while another must avoid the funk when dealing with bad cheeses.

Premiering Friday, June 6th at 10pm - "Righteous Bites"
This trip, Guy Fieri's digging into some diverse dishes on both sides of the Pacific. In Los Angeles, East Coast buddies pile on a plateful of guilty pleasures like the Fat Jerry Sammie, a smorgasbord of fried favorites from chicken fingers to mozzarella sticks to steak. In Monterey, Calif., a boat-to-table spot on the pier cranks out all kinds of fresh fish like the abalone sliders and the seasonal crab feast. In Aiea, Hawaii, a double-duty bowling alley/restaurant keeps it funky with oxtail soups and a flavorful grilled turkey sandwich.
Premiering Saturday, June 21st at 10pm - "Grilling Greats"
Guy has traveled far and wide in the ol' Camaro, hitting up a tasty variety of butchers, barbecue masters and grilling greats. From traditional burgers to unique cuts of meat, flavorful sauces to righteous rubs, even the sides have a home on the grill. In this one-hour special, Guy looks back at some of the most incredible dishes ever created over flames and inside smokers.

Guy's Grocery Games
Premiering Sunday, June 1st at 8pm - "Food Network Stars Take Over Flavortown"
Food Network Stars Melissa d'Arabian, Jeff Mauro, Aaron McCargo, Jr. and Justin Warner take to the aisles to compete on behalf of their favorite charity. First, Guy Fieri tasks them with making a lunchtime favorite using Five Ingredients or Less. Then, the chefs are challenged to make a steakhouse dinner on a budget. The two finalists compete in one of the most difficult games yet, One Ingredient Per Aisle, in which they pull out all the stops to make the best dish for a good cause. Judges: G. Premiering Sunday, June 8th at 8pm - "Cut the Cheese"
The classic dish, mac and cheese, gets a challenging twist in the first game, Aisle Down. Then, the chicken dinner sheds some pounds in Watch Your Weight. In the final game, there is romance in the air, as the chefs must make a romantic meal -- until their shopping efforts are thwarted when Guy pulls the ol' switcheroo in Cart Swap. Premiering Sunday, June 15th at 8pm - "Free Samples"
No one can pass up the free samples in the first game, because they must be incorporated into the chefs' Mediterranean dishes! Next up, it is lights out as the chefs dash around the store to make a dessert for the discerning judges before Closing Time. In Red Light Special, the chefs get inventive by incorporating marshmallows into their hearty lunch. Next, the chefs get worked up in a fiesta frenzy as they try and make taco night out of Guy's Grocery List. Finally, the two chefs remaining make a family favorite using One Ingredient Per Aisle. Premiering Sunday, June 29th at 8pm - "Produce and Cons"
In the first game, the four chefs are only allowed to shop in the middle aisles to make their vegetarian feast. Then, the chefs must prove that they can master surf and turf -- on a budget! Next, the final two chefs will cook from the rainbow as they make their most colorful and best dishes. Judges: Beau MacMillan, Brian Malarkey, Aarti Sequeira

Iron Chefs paired with pastry-chef maestros conjure up tropical desserts. Iron Chef Alex Guarnaschelli and Johnny Iuzzini take on the team of Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian and Elizabeth Falkner. Judges: Judy Joo, Michael Ruhlman, Sherry Yard.

Mystery Diners
Premiering Monday, June 2nd at 10pm - "Scorpion Sting"
After Paul, owner of Nacho Daddy in Las Vegas, notices a discrepancy in the expensive scorpions used in his restaurant's "scorpion shot" he contacts Charles to investigate. Mystery Diners Andy and Peter go undercover and discover an employee with a gambling addiction.
Premiering Monday, June 9th at 10pm -"Life's Not a Beach"
When Marty, owner of Barefoot Bob's Beach Bar & Gaming in Las Vegas, hears employee complaints about his new manager, he asks Charles to investigate. Mystery Diners Hollie and Andy go undercover to find the source of the problem.
Premiering Monday, June 16th at 10pm -"Magic Hassle"
Rosele, owner of Sergio's Italian Gardens in Las Vegas, is concerned about a conflict between her longtime pianist and recently hired magician. Charles sends in Mystery Diners Hollie and John to find out which performer needs to go.

After experiencing discrepancies with their supply of expensive protein supplements, Larissa and Andrew, owners of Protein House in Las Vegas, contact Charles to investigate. Mystery Diners Andy and Kelli go undercover and discover the real cause of the problem.

Restaurant: Impossible
Premiering Wednesday, June 4th at 10pm - "Saving Grace"
Grace and Eddie were completely in over their heads when they invested their life savings and borrowed money from family to open up Grace's Place Bagels and Deli in Palm Coast, Fla. Two years and $320,000 in debt later, Robert Irvine is their last hope to save both their business and their marriage. After realizing that it is not the restaurant but the owners who are failing, Robert plays referee between Grace and Eddie in order to tackle the lack of communication and teamwork at the root of the restaurant's problems.
Premiering Wednesday, June 11th at 10pm - "No Day at the Beach"
When Robert Irvine meets Jordan, the self-described stubborn owner of the Portu-Greek Cafe in Hudson, Fla., he knows that he is in for a challenge. With all the squabbling over control of the restaurant, Robert is forced to bring the whole family to the beach and involve them in an exercise that forces this bickering bunch to cooperate. It is Robert's challenge to take the reins away from Jordan and keep this loud and boisterous Greek family from self-implosion.

When the competitors move on to the Innovate Challenge, will one contestant's Butterscotch Krimpet Chicken and Waffles idea pan out? In the Innovate Challenge, see how one contestant incorporates this Down Under appetizer into a top-notch Bloomin' Onion Philly Cheesesteak. During the Recreate Challenge, one competitor faces a bittersweet reality, while in the Innovate Challenge, it is go big or go home, as one contestant puts it all on the line with a Rich Frosted Chocolate Bacon Decadence Cake. Then, Nancy whips up the rest of the menu, All-American Double Patty Cheeseburgers with Nancy's Special Sauce and Spicy Curly Fries with Roasted Onion Dip. She and her husband take a trip to a drive-in movie theater, where they eat their delicious meal and snuggle up under the stars.

It has been 20 years since Nancy bought her home, and what better way to celebrate than hosting friendly games on the farm with friends. Before the tractor races, skeet shooting, and horseshoe games commence, Nancy and her friends sit down to a home-cooked lunch of Beer-Braised Beef, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Buttered Peas and Ice Cream Sundae with Homemade Caramel Bourbon Sauce and Crushed Cookies and Cream.
Premiering Saturday, June 21st at 10:30am -"B-I-N-G-O!"
Nancy meets some friends down at the community center for Bingo night and it is her Turn to bring the food. Nancy stops by her local greenhouse to get some fresh veggies from her friend Tom to make a light and delicious Farro Salad with Radishes, Arugula, and Feta to go along with Honey-Glazed Ham Sandwiches on Homemade Honey Buns and Corn Chowder. Nancy knows the girls are going to love her Braided Strawberry Tart for dessert. In the end, it does not matter who wins, because this meal will be B-I-N-G-Oh so good!
Premiering Saturday, June 28th at 10:30am -"Fly Fishing"
Nancy and her son John love the great outdoors and they are going fly fishing for some trout. Nancy takes their catch home and cooks up Bacon-Wrapped Trout and Asparagus with a Creamy Herb Vinaigrette. Peanut Butter Cookies are the perfect end to a busy day and a cozy dinner.

Giada At Home
Premiering Sunday, June 1st at 10:30am -"California Dream"
Giada De Laurentiis makes three California-inspired recipes that culminate with a backyard feast with friends. The menu features California Lettuce Cups, Gorgonzola Burgers and Lemon Angel Food Cupcake with Lemon Curd and Mascarpone Frosting.

Ree Drummond's pulling together a boxed lunch for a site meeting at an old building that the family is renovating. Every Sunday, Damaris lights up the grill and fires off ingredients to last the week. This week, she has grilled jalapeno peppers and strawberries. She uses the peppers as a base for a Compound Butter to top her Pan-Seared Pork Chops that she dresses alongside her Perfect Cornbread. The grilled strawberries are the basic element in her mouthwatering Barbecue Sauce Baked Beans. Grill once and have flame-kissed flavor all week long.
Premiering Sunday, June 8th at 10am -"30 Dollar Date"
Damaris has a tradition: the $30 date, which must last a minimum of five hours and include a meal. For this date, Damaris plans a romantic picnic. She transforms leftover fried chicken into mouth-watering Fried Chicken Salad Sandwiches and brightens up her basket with a Salad dressed with an Asian Vinaigrette. She finishes the meal with decadent Chocolate Mason Jars. It is the perfect meal for a memorable date!
