Yesterday BWW reported that just days after her debut album shot to the top of the charts, singer Ariana Grande had been ordered by her doctors to stop singing immediately after suffering a vocal cord hemorrhage. Today, in an Instagram video, the pop star thanked fans for their support and concern but shared "My voice is healthy." Watch the video here!
"Everybody on Instagram telling me to feel better, I thank you so much for the well wishes, but I'm actually completely fine," said the 20-year-old. "My voice is healthy. I'm talking right now."
She ends the short footage by blowing a kiss and explaining, "I just lost my voice at my party for my album, but I'm completely fine now. Thank you!" GRANDE, who starred in the original cast of Broadway's '13', teamed up with a diverse bevy of friends for her debut album. Big Sean delivers a magnetic verse on the shimmering "Right There", which fans receive as an instant download with their pre-order of Yours Truly and is already #4 on the iTunes Pop Chart. She also trades irresistible harmonies with The Wanted's Nathan Sykes on her ballad, "Almost Is Never Enough"-also available on the soundtrack for one of the summer's hottest films, Mortal Instruments: City of Bones. In addition, the album includes an unshakable rendition of the Broadway classic, "Popular Song," with multi-platinum international star Mika.Videos
