Just as shopping season is about to enter full swing, GSN announced today that it has acquired episodes of the classic game show SHOP 'TIL YOU DROP. One of cable's first successful game shows, SHOP 'TIL YOU DROP aired on various networks from 1991 - 2005, with nearly 1000 episodes produced. This is the first time that SHOP has been licensed by a cable network for off-network telecasts and episodes have not been seen on television in nearly a decade. SHOP 'TIL YOU DROP will premiere on GSN on Monday, Dec. 2 with episodes airing weekdays at 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. EST.
Hosted by Pat Finn (and co-host Dee Bradley Baker), SHOP 'TIL YOU DROP is a high-energy game show that pits two teams against each other in games that test pop culture and consumer knowledge, stunts and shopping challenges.
SHOP 'TIL YOU DROP was produced by Stone Stanley Entertainment and created by David G. Stanley, Scott A. Stone and Stephen Brown.
