Strengthening its development and production teams, Bravo Media announced today the promotions of Lara Spotts to Senior Vice President of Development, and both Jenn Levy and Kathleen French to Senior Vice President of Production. In addition, David O'Connell, Senior Vice President of Production Operations, and David Brewer, Vice President of Program Strategy & Acquisitions, have expanded their roles to gain oversight of Oxygen Media, while continuing to manage Bravo.

Serving as the head of Bravo's development team, Spotts will lead the scripted and non-scripted efforts on both the East and West Coast for pilots, casting reels and original concepts. Most recently she developed breakthrough series including "Newlyweds: The First Year," "Thicker Than Water" and "The People's Couch." Based in New York, Spotts reports to Frances Berwick, President of Bravo and Oxygen Media.

Levy spearheads production on some of the network's hit series including "Shahs of Sunset" and the "Million Dollar Listing" franchise while also overseeing the executives in charge of production on "Top Chef," "Below Deck" and new series "Online Dating Rituals of the American Male." She was instrumental in developing the concept for "Vanderpump Rules," which recently earned over 2.8 million total viewers during its season two reunion, the Emmy-nominated "Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D List" and Griffin's Emmy-nominated comedy specials.

French spearheads production on "Southern Charm" and upcoming series "Ladies to London" while also overseeing the executives in charge of production on "The Real Housewives of Orange County," "The People's Couch," "Married to Medicine," "Thicker Than Water," "Vanderpump Rules," and "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," which is averaging over 2.5 million total viewers this season. Both Levy and French are based in Los Angeles and report to Shari Levine, Senior Vice President Production for Bravo Media.

In his newly expanded role, O'Connell will gain oversight of Oxygen Media while continuing to manage Bravo by supervising all production operations for original series and specials for both networks. Since joining Bravo in 2004, O'Connell has overseen all aspects related to the production for the network's shows including "The Real Housewives" and "Million Dollar Listing" franchises, as well as the Emmy Award-winning "Top Chef." Based in Los Angeles, O'Connell reports to Jerry Leo, Executive Vice President, Program Strategy Bravo and Oxygen Media, and Production, Bravo Media.

Brewer will supervise all functions of the Bravo and Oxygen Media Program Planning departments including linear and digital program scheduling, series rollout planning and lead the programming support for Sales, Marketing and International initiatives. In addition, Brewer will also spearhead the movie and series acquisitions for both networks. His scheduling expertise has been instrumental in the planning of high-rated series launches and several record-breaking cycles of "The Real Housewives" franchise, "Top Chef Masters," "Shahs of Sunset," "Vanderpump Rules," "Below Deck," "The Millionaire Matchmaker" and "Tabatha Takes Over." Based in New York, Brewer will continue to report to Leo.
