Talk Show Host Sheila O is on hand to welcome and interview celebrities and VIPs on the Red Carpet, while renowned photo-journalist Vinni Ratcliff will be snapping the pictures.

The TV Show Touching Lives was created during the time show producer Kathy Hampton AKA Kathy Bee was helping her dear friend Mary Stevenson (author of the famous poem "Footprints In The Sand") gain recognition for her (author unknown) work. Bee strongly believed that so many UnSung heroes could be recognized though her positive, supportive TV Show of "People Helping People". 10 years later, Bee produced hosted and aired 250 Touching Lives cable TV shows in Southern California.

When Kathy became the Chair of The Corporate Board of the Downey Regional Medical Center in 2008, the CEO of 35 years was let go. Bee sadly discovered that there was no time for Touching Lives and had to let go of her beloved TV show. In 2012, after joining CEO Space International, Bee received the help and support needed to not only resurrect Touching Lives; Bee now has her own 3,000 square foot facility in Downey, where she plans to produce additional shows including Do The Dream and a documentary called The Footprints Miracles.

"Through all of these trials and tribulations as well as miracles, I really want to thank my number one supporter and fan, my husband Don Hampton. Drag Racing is his game, being a two-time NHRA National Champion and in two halls of fame (NHRA Hall of Fame and The International Drag Racing Hall Of Fame), however his world expanded when he met me (his "Country Singer"). Driving me to countless events and performances, listening to my many ups and downs, building sets for musicals as well as tending to his business of building superchargers, Don has really hung in there supporting my every move. Do we have our spats... you bet... but we always end up saying 'Let's agree to disagree,'" Kathy Bee says with a smile.

The 2nd Annual star-studded, red carpet Touching Lives TV Award Show event is scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 5, 2013 at the Downey Civic Theatre, 8435 Firestone Blvd. Downey, CA 90241 at 7:30 PM.
