Photo Flash: Emmanuel Pierre-Antoine & Liana Churilova Join WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS at Westchester, 6/12

Emmanuel Pierre-Antoine and Liana Churilova, recognized today as the world’s most exciting rhythm dance team, will join the superstar cast of six couples in the "Ballroom Extravaganza show We Are The Champions" that returns to the Westchester Broadway Theatre in Elmsford for one performance on Tuesday evening, June 12, 2012. Pierre-Antoine and Churilova are the reigning world mambo, world salsa and world American-style showdance champions. They appeared on the hit ABC-TV show "Dancing With The Stars" accompanying Barry Manilow and perfomed by special invitation at the Kremlin in Moscow, something meaningful for Churilova who originally came from Russia.

Pierre-Antoine, a native of Haiti, with Churilova have won every major American rhythm competition in North America as well as the recent rhythm and showdance titles at the Caribbean Dancesport Classic held in Puerto Rico. Their appearance in the Far East was greeted by wild applause in Hong Kong.

Joining Pierre-Antoine and Churilova on the WBT stage are Argentine Tango sensations Jorge Torres and Maria Blanco, 2-time world professional 10-dance champions Gherman Mustuc with Iveta Lukosiute, International ballroom stars Andrey and Yulia Klinchek with their renown 4-minutes waltz medley, Latin stars Denys Drozdyuk with Antonia Skobina. He the winner of the "So You Think You Can Dance Canada" tv show, and Dmitri and Svetlana Ostashkin who were twice Latin champions of Eastern Europe. The Ostashkins now reside in Ardsley where they teach at their New York Dance Center.
