The Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra (SPO) is cancelling its U.S. tour, which included a concert at Walt Disney Concert Hall,Wednesday, April 15. The cancellation is due to a recent and significant cut in tour funding from the City of Seoul.

SPO Music Director Myung-Whun Chung has stated: "On behalf of my musician colleagues at the SPO, I am deeply saddened that the tour to the U.S. has been cancelled. This is due to financial reasons entirely beyond our control."

The cancelled tour was scheduled for April 14 through 24 with other stops planned in Santa Barbara, Davis, San Francisco, Seattle, Ann Arbor and Chicago.

Tickets will be refunded using the original payment method. For further details or questions, call 323.850.2000 from 10am - 6pm daily, or visit LAPhil.com.
