I didn't use Playbills for my dorm (those I put in the binder on my shelf), but I did have a set of posters and such that I used for my walls, including one poster that I made using pictures that I cut out of an old Phantom calendar that had run out of months. (As you can see, it wasn't anything extravagant, but I think that it's good to not have "too much of a good thing" when it comes to decorating.)

^ Very nice! My entire apartment is decked out with Broadway stuff. I have my Playbills framed. I use the transparent picture frames. I put about 4-6 playbills in each frame. I have only framed the Playbills from shows that I have seen in NYC.

I love that Broadway inspired dorm... I'm heading up to college later this month and have been looking for ideas. I have to keep it simple so I don't end up weirding out my roommate!
When I was younger I used to make collages of different shows I liked, so when I got to college, I put several of those on my walls. You can also paint canvasses with show related quotes, and find cool ways to display any ticket stubs you may have. I like outlining my closet doors with them :) have fun
