Well didn't you guys had the original production of The Boy from Oz with Hugh Jackman? And the revised premiere of Love Never Dies? To me those are both pretty amazing, specially the latter one.
At least you're getting internationally renowned productions. Here in Puerto Rico the only great musical we've had in the last decade is Cabaret which only lasted about three weeks. So don't go around complaining, Efie we all got pain.

But your idea for a musical show that explores teen suicide is an interesting one and would be appropriate. Maybe someone will do a contemporary musical about that one day soon.
