Can't wait to see this, have tickets for Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and seeing it twice in each city.
Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist.
Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino.
This should help you understand the score for Wicked a little bit more.

A quick Google search shows this to be the same production that was on Broadway in 2010, with Vanessa Redgrave in the title role. I'd love to see this on Broadway as well and filmed, but is there really a chance they'd bring the same production back so soon? This ain't Cameron MacIntosh, you know. :-p

God, I envy Australians so freaking much. Why oh why Ms. Lansbury didn’t get it to do on Broadway or West End? Can’t believe some people are even complaining that they are not coming to Perth like if a 5 months tour in 4 different cities wasn’t enough. I wish they would film it, but considering that this production isn’t likely to end any time soon (at this very moment it’s also touring UK) I doubt it’s gonna happen. Wouldn’t it be great for an HBO or Lifetime to make a TV movie starring those three? By the way, did anybody hear any news on The Chalk Garden Broadway Revival with Ms. Lansbury? Is it really happening this fall?
