WOW!!!! This is amazing. Saw the Stewart/BAM Macbeth, which I thought performance wise good, but design wise, meh. Curious to see how this is!

I would be more excited if it weren't a one-man show.

(...and if I didn't live so far from NYC..)

I saw this at Lincoln Center.
Seriously, one of the greatest performances I've ever seen.
Just stunning.
I"m thrilled it's coming to Broadway.

This season started out pretty bad, but with Bette, and this and some other things coming in, it looks exciting.

Since it's a Ken Davenport production, I am assuming g.e.s.u.n.d.h.e.i.t. is going to pop in at any second and explain how Demond Wilson was all about to mount his one man MacBeth and....

Interesting. Feels like quite a large theater for it, but eh. Maybe the design is big.

This was such a sight to behold at Lincoln Center last year. I don't know the play inside and out, which made it more challenging to keep up with, but you left knowing that you had seen something very special (and I don't just mean Alan Cumming in a bathtub).

This was one of the most interesting evenings I've spent in the theater in recent years. And it illuminated the text gloriously. I'm glad its getting a second life here.

I saw it this summer.

Alan Cumming was very good, but it's really just a stunt.

Don't know why, but, somehow, it plays better with a full cast.

Maybe it's because the author wrote it that way.

Will there be a preview period before April 7th? I'll be in the city in late March, and would love to see this.

"And it illuminated the text gloriously."

Well said, PalJoey. I had the same reaction.
