Since it's a Ken Davenport production, I am assuming g.e.s.u.n.d.h.e.i.t. is going to pop in at any second and explain how Demond Wilson was all about to mount his one man MacBeth and....
This was such a sight to behold at Lincoln Center last year. I don't know the play inside and out, which made it more challenging to keep up with, but you left knowing that you had seen something very special (and I don't just mean Alan Cumming in a bathtub).
This was one of the most interesting evenings I've spent in the theater in recent years. And it illuminated the text gloriously. I'm glad its getting a second life here.
EEEKK! I was wondering when I should plan my next trip to NYC, It will be sometime when I can see this. Seeing Alan Cumming on stage has been on my bucket list for quite a while!
