The picture on BWW has 14 members. Has the cast always been that small or did they down size when they moved?

Here's the original Broadway cast. I think there's just 14 of them, too.

Yes it is 14 in the onstage cast and typically 5 swings (who sing offstage each performance too).

Btw, I saw the new cast last week and they'r really great. The show is in great shape.
