The original Cinderella had almost no book, and what book there was was painfully earnest with nary a joke or a "character moment." Even in three acts, it ran 75-90 minutes, but was painfully slight.
This, however, seems almost absurd unless it's brilliant- a Cinderella longer than Les Miserables?
