Put On a Happy Face is so great! I love the staging, and Dick Van Dyke is such a fantastic performer. He makes it look so easy.

Wonderful to have this captured on the Sullivan Show.

What a delight to hear "Ed Sullivan" sung on its namesake, see Paul Lynde outside a Hollywood Square, and to watch Dick Van Dyke's gracious and seemingly effortless performance. Thanks for posting.

It's amazing to think that Dick Van Dyke wasn't a trained dancer or singer or actor.

He has such a charming presence and can move with such grace.

What a truly underrated performer.
