Is it the norm for many ensemble performer changes for a show that is not scheduled to close? I noticed there has been a lot of jumping from some established shows to new ones that are going to be opening soon. Is it just a matter of getting tired of the same material or something else?
Sure. Hopefully, they are getting a bigger part, more recognition and more money. Of course, they have contracts and that has to be negotiated so that you leave in good standing.
