yes, it was not the best to ever show reach Broadway.
but it was fun, fresh and exciting... and it definitely deserves attention.
I'm always happy to see show that surprise you for the better.
The cast of Bring it on made you feel like you were part of a big party and they were not trying to be anything else but a fun show.
has anyone attended the last show? how was it?

I attended the last show (Orcho D seat 14) and the feel of happiness in the air was undeniable. Especially after Jackson High performed the cheer at the competition and the whole entire crowd jumped on their feet, and just seeing the cast break down on stage was just amazing. You could really tell that these people were not just a cast, but a family. Lovely.

Loved that show. The difference between what I saw a week in in LA and what I saw on Broadway were miles apart. Wasn't there for closing night, but this is what Lin-Manuel Miranda tweeted about the number OSM mentioned...

"I will never forget today's performance of Cross The Line as long as I live. The way the audience carried our kids through their sadness.

Our kids sang "And if it all goes away tomorrow we'll be fine" through tears and the audience started SCREAMING. Lifted them right up.

And then the number was over, and the crowd leapt to their feet, and suddenly our cast was the audience, watching the crowd they'd moved.

That will never happen to you at the movies. That happens in the theater, on truly special occasions, and it makes everything else worth it."

BRING IT ON was one of the funnest shows I've been to. It was a giant surprise that I left the theatre not only liking the show, but actually wanting to go back and see it again. After seeing it a second time, I liked it even more.

When you have a title like BRING IT ON, and a plot surrounding high school cheerleaders, and a show based on a series of movies...that, to me, followed a recipe of disaster. But the creative team pulled it off, and shocked anyone who gave this show a chance.

Who here chose not to see the show because they didnt think it would be their cup of tea? I think if you would have given it a chance, you would have been surprised that you left the show having a blast!

Saw the show in Atlanta, then in LA and NY. It was a lot of fun with music that I could listen to again and again. It wasn't a masterpiece but it didn't need to be.

Adding my love. I would never have seen the show had my sister not insisted that I see it (and, she, in fact, would never have seen the show if she didn’t have a Broadway In Chicago subscription), even having been fans of Kitt’s & Miranda’s previously. I ended up going twice in Chicago and twice in New York.

Something about this show just clicked. I loved the music, storyline, choreography, and performances. It was refreshing to enjoy every single person’s performance onstage.

I am glad that much of the reviews were generally positive and gave it credit for being what it was. It hits me more than just a “fun romp,” but I am grateful many were able to enjoy it for just that as well.

Sounds like the last show was thrilling – wish I could have seen it! If they continue with the show on tour, as previously reported, I wonder if any of the Broadway cast will be in it?

I saw it on a whim after having a terrible day; it made me feel better. I was pleasantly surprised by the show and wound up seeing it a second time.

All things considered, it had a very good run. The cast and all involved should be proud.

Add me to the love! Wasn't planning on seeing it and got a ticket at TKTS last minute and it was the most fun I've had at the theatre in a long time. One of the most energetic and passionate casts I have seen on Broadway.

The most fun I had at the theater in all of 2012. I really wish I would have had a chance to see it again.

This was such a surprise joy. While I may have the entire opening cheer from the original movie memorized...I had very low expectations for this show. I figured it would just be a mess. Like when Beyonce's little sister was in one of the straight-to-DVD sequels.

But it was great - definitely the happiest, most fun show I saw this year.

I too was at the final show, actually also in ORCH row D, seat 9. I loved seeing them express real emotion during the show. Taylor teared up a bit at the end of One Perfect Moment and Enjoy the Trip. Then after Cross the Line, Adrienne and Taylor both broke down and the audience gave them a standing ovation. Elle broke character to crack a smile when immediately after that her characters asks "why is the audience still cheering?" and the audience roared back. They were fighting tears while comforting each other during their final number I Got You. Much of the lyrics in those songs are relatable to a show closing which made it even more special. The audience went wild for them throughout the show and even more so during their final bows. They stuck around hugging each other while watching the making of videos that play and then all put their hands together in a circle for one last "Bring it On!" before they left the stage. Amazing experience, great cast, I wish them all huge success.

When I went to see it in LA, it was for the novelty and the fact I'm a Lin-Manuel Miranda fan. I enjoyed the show but wasn't wild about it. After reading they had re-worked it for Broadway, decided to give it another shot. Soooo glad I did. The changes made it better and less bubble-gum formulaic. No, it's not Hamlet, nor does it try to be. But the unbridled enthusiasm that exuded out of the cast was unmistakable and infectious. The talent was phenomenal. Saw it a second time (on Broadway) from the third row and was blown away with the athleticism, and no less taken with the way every major cast member owned his or her part. Pure unmitigated joy.

Saw this during it's tour run, but did not get a chance to see it on Broadway. It was honestly one of the most wonderful and fun nights at the theater I have had in a long time. It is a shame to see it come and go so quickly. I really hope that rumored 2014 tour happens, I will definitely see it more than once. The cast looked like they were having so much fun, and me and the rest of the theater jumped to their feet cheering during the bows. It's a shame this was on a limited run, it could have done very well.

Caught the show two days before it left Toronto to head to Broadway, and I had no idea what I was in for, and thought it would be a cute little show. But, I ended up loving the show. It was the most fun I've ever had in a theatre since I began going to the theatre. I actually did not want the show to end. It was just so much fun. I'm so happy that it made it to Broadway. Glad I was able to see this show!

(Gingerbread -- not to dump on your love thread, but it wasn't doing well. In fact, they extended, but then had to move the closing date earlier as ticket sales were not worth it.)
