Showgirls the Musical?

I saw a terrible attempt at a musical version of Showgirls. I know Gina Gershon said that she'd love a musical version, and it made me wonder how would it be cast.

I'd love to see... Natalie Cortez as Cristal Connors with Saycon Sengbloh as Molly and Cheyenne Jackson as Kyle.

I can't think of anyone to play Nomi.

I'm not saying that this would work as a musical, but the movie is one of my guilty pleasures and it makes me wonder who would be involved if it were a musical.
