A Chorus Line played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013.

I assume they're counting on name recognition of the title. Breakfast at Tiffany's is such a recognizable property that it's less of a risk to go without stars. Not sure how different it will be from the beloved film. That to me seems like the riskiest part.

This will likely run about as long as BORN YESTERDAY (28 previews, 73 performances), but I do like the movie and I think the performances in BREAKFAST will be quite good. I am looking forward to seeing it.
The photos and branding are gorgeous, classy (not a word I use often when it comes to Broadway marketing these days), and Emilia looks - no surprise - adorable.
I'm a little nervous that Sean Mathias is directing this show again. I saw the West End version he also directed a few years back (with a different playwright) and it was a pretty show to see, some nice nudity, but ultimately a colossal snooze fest. But I'm hopeful Richard Greenberg can give us something more to bite into.
