Anarchist Opening NIght performance is on TDF

I was just on the TDF website to take a look at the dates available for Bare. While I was there, I found out that they are selling rear mezz seats to the opening night performance of The Anarchist.

This just got me wondering, does TDF usually have tickets for opening night performances? Or, is this a rare one off situation?
