I know this is UK show but is anyone here planning on seeing the first preview on 11/27 or at all for that matter? I am so anxious to hear about the show!

Yes, I'm flying out and seeing it the third week of December and will report back. (I also owe a report on the nudity in Cabaret, but that's another thread :-P) Hope the weather doesn't hamper my flight there! It's selling really, really well with a lot of the performances already sold out, and I could barely snag a single in the third row.

What I look forward to is the crowd reaction when they start singing Wannabe.

I actually will be in London during previews and have zealously chosen NOT to see it. Much as I love Ab Fab.

I will be in London next week for a week and also in the first week of Jan. Decided to see it in Jan instead to get better seats. But will be seeing the final preview and press night of Bodyguard and by far more excited over it than Viva Forever. Both should be good though. Unapologetically commercial, but equally delicious I'm sure.

I'm excited to see Cabaret and felt a little snobbish towards this production, too, but since Jennifer Saunders is the writer I couldn't miss it.

The only comment I have heard is on the What's on Stage forum, someone said its the best worst show ever

The link I posted before has updated coverage of the first preview from more twitter reactions, to first person accounts, and some additional pics. I'm sure it will be updated daily with lots more details as previews progress toward the opening on Dec. 11, so that's the best place to look for info for now.

Also, someone tweeted that the cast recording will be released mid-January, but that hasn't been confirmed yet.
