Although you did specifically say where in New York you could buy OBC cd's, I always buy them on Amazon. A good deal cheaper! And you frequently can pick up used ones for even less.

There is a store on the other side of the street to Phantom, I;ve seen CDs in there but never bought because I always assume specialty stores like that probably jack up the price

BOOKOFF on 45th - not a huge selection but overall great store for used CDs/DVDs/BOOKs at reasonable prices
