Has anyone had these seats? I want to buy tickets for the Alvin Ailey show, but I am wondering if I can get the left side tickets and still have a good view or should I just get the orchestra tickets for $90. I have to buy tickets for Wicked as well and I am a student...so I'm trying to buy wisely :).
I'm not sure which seats are at which price for this show, but I sat in the very last seat in the first row of the Grand Tier and I would say about 40% of the stage was cut off. I moved to the next seat over in the second row after intermission, and it was significantly better.
It may be better farther back in the Grand Tier. The box sticks out in front of Row A and the box is most of what blocks the view.

Thanks for responding! These seats are in row c, 3 rows from the stage view and on the far left side. It sounds like you were in that area and if it got better in the second row then maybe the third row wont be that bad. Thanks for your help!
The big difference, I think, was sitting in the next to last seat rather than the very last seat. I'm not sure how much of a difference sitting one row back will make if you're still in the very last seat.
Sometimes the last two seats are both the same price. If thats true, definitely take the next to last.

Thanks for the input everyone! This is good to know. The seat would not be at the end. It's more to the side of the aisle that separates the center seats so we should be good. Thanks again!
