Nine Lives: A New Musical Webseries

Hi guy, my name is Dewayne Perkins. I am a recent graduate of DePaul University who instead of instantly jumping into the workforce wanted to take the time and create art. So my creative partner Michael Gibson and I decided to create a musical web-series about life and the trials we encountered in it so far. It is about a guy named Felix who lives a mediocre mundane life, he is just a normal everyday joe, nothing special about him. Except, for the fact that he has nine lives. But what is the point of having nine lives, if you loathe the life that you are living. Nine Lives the Musical, was a originally written as a musical for stage, but we wanted to use the power of today's technology and create an online audience first. The intent is to still make it in a fully produced stage show, but until we have the money and resources to do such, we wanted to take the time and create another show for you. So I know present the first episode of Nine Lives: A new Musical Web-Series to you guys. Enjoy.

The song kinda reminded me of something from Bare, for whatever reason. Not bad, but I felt like for a first episode there had to be a bit more there to grab me. However, I *loved* the cut out/stylized pre credit bit which was very well done.
