New musical web series - The Hinterlands

Hi, all!

I'm Michelle Elliott, a musical theatre writer. My collaborator, Danny Larsen, and I have written The Yellow Wood, Cloaked and the soon-to-be-produced Maiden Voyage. We wrote an original musical web series in response to so many LGBTQ young people taking their own lives. It's called "The Hinterlands" and it's about a 14-year-old bullied gay teen who lives in a rural "red state." Here is Danny singing one of the songs from the show. We will be sharing more from the project soon, but wanted to put this out there to acknowledge October as National Bullying Prevention Month. Take care and thanks for listening!
