I am in the city for a couple days in the middle of October and am planing to see Evita, that is for sure. I have another day to see another show. I am I caught between Virginia Woolf and Starcatcher. I haven't seen a straight play yet on the broadway and thought it would be a nice change. Is Woolf good enough for 3 plus hours? And is Starcatcher too zany and quirky?
I don't really no which one to pick or if there is anything better out there. Any suggestions? Thank you!

I love Starcatcher. It's probably my favorite show running. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

I haven't seen Woolf yet (have tickets for this Sunday).

Starcatcher was fantastic. I definitely recommend it. Also, if you have the time/money, Wicked and Book of Mormon are great ones too.

Starcatcher is magical and truly the most imaginative piece of theater I've seen ever. Absolutely go. Also, if you have the time - check out Bring It On - it's a lot of fun and has a great score.

I haven't seen Virginia Woolf, but I did watch Starcatcher, which I really enjoyed. In general, I like more serious plays, but Starcatcher was incredibly imaginative and the cast was fantastic. I would try catching it before it closes in a few months.

Starcatcher for sure! Funny and super imaginative. It's one of my favorites! Go see it before it closes in January!

For an evening of fun and creativity, I'd strongly encourage Starcatcher!

Honestly, if you're stuck between VIRGINIA WOOLF and PETER, you can't lose.

They're wildly different, that's for sure. If you're looking for something more innovative, creative, and "fun," see PETER. If you're looking for some incredible acting, and good old-fashioned theatrical fireworks, see VIRGINIA WOOLF.

I haven't seen Virgina Woolf yet but I am planning on seeing it in November. I'll be interested to see if Tracy Letts and Amy Morton can come anywhere near the stunning performances Kathleen Turner and Bill Irwin gave in the last revival.

Peter and the Starcatcher is a magical evening in the theater. It is the kind of show that brings out the inner child in everyone (if you happen to have one).
