The movie looks beyond cliche, but James is appealing enough to make me want to see this.

I even enjoyed Paul Blart, which was a terrible film, because of James' charisma.

At first I thought the movie was going to be serious and a ripoff of Warrior from the promo still with James having a PUnch Drunk Love moment as a dramatic actor. Then I saw the trailer and thought, "Why are they making a parody of Warrior?"

I adored Warrior, and when I saw the poster I assumed it was a Warrior/School of Rock ripoff. The trailer changed my mind though. It was the right kind of good/bad if that makes an sense, ha.

Oddly enough, Kevin was promoting this film this weekend at a UFC match (commentated by Joe Rogan) and he appears to have gained all the weight back, and then some. He seriously looked awful.
