'American Pie' actor, Jason Biggs got in trouble for making sexual comments about Ann Romney and Janna Ryan. His twitter was being followed by the family-friendly network Nickelodeon and the twitter for the upcoming reboot of 'Teenage Mutant, Ninja Turtles', where Biggs voices Leonardo. Nickelodeon apologized for his comments and both Twitter accounts have stopped following him. I saw what he posted I definitely think he crossed the line. You don't have to like politicians or their spouses, but I think the comments he made were unecessary especially since he is now voicing a character on a kid-friendly show. I know he has a dirty sense of humor, but I think he went too far. What do you all think of this?
"Oh for crap's sake, are you kidding with that? The man became famous for having sex with dessert."
I said in my original post that I understand he has a dirty sense of humor, but he now has a contract with a family-friendly network. I don't think it's a good idea for kids to visit his Twitter if they want to know more about an actor who is voicing a popular cartoon character. I looked at the Twitter accounts for the other three main voice actors on the show: Sean Astin, Greg Cipes, and Rob Paulsen, and they have not made comments like he did.
Kids probably do not care about the voice actors in TMNT nor about Biggs in particular or his notoriety in the American Pie films that he is still clinging to as his calling card.
And if there are kids in the TMNT age demographic on Twitter or Facebook, I would inform child services.
"Do you agree with him that Janna Ryan bleaches her asshole? Or do you think she leaves it natural?"
I don't like Sarah Palin or Cindy McCain, but I would never make rude sexual comments about them like Biggs made about Anne and Janna. He just went too far.
Actually, the moron at Nickelodeon who thought it was a good idea to link their twitter with his is the one who should be in hot water.
Essentially Biggs is known for filming himself naked and posting it online, making sex comedies and having a filthy mouth. Brilliant idea Nickelodeon. Morons.
It's just like the time I took my nephew and the rest of his kindergarten class to see a George Carlin show several years ago because I wanted them to see the Shining Time Station Conductor in person.
