How tacky to say "live on Broadway." Um, ya think? Who is the idiot that bought a $120 ticket to see a movie version of this show? Stupid. It's like putting "The musical" after every damn movie title.
I heard him tell one of the anecdotes from the show on the morning radio program yesterday (it was a taped from some sports channel interview).
I honestly didn't know what to make of it. It was offensive, misogynistic, and self deprecating all at the same time.
And his voice....I don't think I could sit through an evening of that.
For the record the anecdote was about the day he was going to see his divorce lawyer about Robin Givens. He said (paraphrasing) that he figured he's stop be her house to see if he could have sex with her one more time because she's so fine and maybe he change her mind. He just knew that if she got laid again she would drop the divorce. So he actually shows up to her house, but alas she's not home. As he's leaving he sees her drive up and who should be in her car? Brad Pitt. He finished by saying he knew then he was done for, because who could be better that Brad Pitt.
