Lose- the opposite of win. To misplace or forfeit. "Did you lose your mittens?"

Loose- too large. Ill-fitting. To set free. "That dog's collar is too loose. He was running loose all over the neighborhood."

Really not hard.
Don't be such a looser.
No good can possibly come from using this vast wasteland of error and deliberate deceit. You should get off of it and warn others away. You should make sure your children and grandchildren know what a corrupt and morally bankrupt institution it truly is.

"She's not a loser. She's looser."

No spelling/grammatical error bugs me more than your/you're.

For me, it's when people use "myself" instead of "me." Somehow someone got the idea that they are interchangeable and it spread like wildfire. I think people think they sound smarter when they refer to themselves as "myself," but it just makes them sound stupid.

I just never imagined Follies would loose the Tony...again.

TNT presents Kyra Sedgwick in "The Looser" the story of a quirky Southern detective who always finds her criminal. But is her job to lose criminals or to loose them? You'll have to tune in to find out!!

What about loosing your virginity?

In all seriousness, I actually just commented about this on Facebook.

I really don't mind spelling mistakes so much; we all make them.

But I hate when people use "me" and "I" incorrectly.
