Happy that Masha bagged a career slam. The rest of the tour will be gunning for her in a few weeks at the Big W, especially her most formidable frenemies Vika Azarenka & Serena.

A bit sad still that Nole came up short against Nadal who is such a force of nature on red clay. Congrats to Rafa nevertheless.

Hope that Roger gets his mojo back at the majors one last time. It's painful to watch him pushed around out there now by Nole & Nadal on the biggest stages. By all appearances, he's no longer at the height of his powers. Time is not always our friend.

I'm so thrilled that my favorite player, Maria Sharapova, got the career grand slam. She was outstanding in this tournament and totally deserved the trophy.

I was also thrilled for Rafa Nadal to get his 7th French Open title and to beat Bjorn Borg's record. He truly is the "GOAT" (greatest of all time) on clay.

The match of the tournament, though, was still the Serena Williams vs. Virginie Razzano round 1 upset. One of the most thrilling and exciting matches I have ever seen.

Can't wait until Wimbledon in two weeks! Followed by the Olympics shortly thereafter!!
