What's sick is the teacher never got fired.The school district has spoken and says it does not intend on taking any further action and they see the case closed. Not sure if this man has a chance of a lawsuit but he should release the teacher's name.

I know there are unions, bla bla, but when you hear about teachers being fired for being strippers at one time or whatever, and this one who shouldn't be near any students isn't fired it's just... Ugh

The story is getting out there. People are talking about it and if this guy knows the teachers name, I'm sure others do. Her name will eventually come out. What surprises me is the parents of students at the school (and the parents of Akian's classmates) have not pressured the school board to fire this teacher. I mean, this is a black eye on that school and it's faculty. The very fact that the school board has declared the matter closed and has done nothing would, in my opinion, damage the school's name.

He is a good father. As for the school, how can they be so dumb? This is a BAD reflection on not only the school but the school board as well. They have handled this very poorly. Would not be surprised to see some members of the school board lose their job as well.The media attention will not stop. This is a HUGE story and now after this will only get bigger. This man needs a good lawyer and the support of other parents behind him. I hope he fights fights fights.

If I'm deducing this correctly, the teacher has been removed from the school, but not the school district. The school the father mentions in the first video is Horace Mann Elementary, but the school he calls in the second video is Cherry Hill West.
