Anyone go to Corbin's first performance in Godspell? How was it?

I wasn't actually there, but I heard they changed a few things.

I was there last night, and for his first performance in the show, he was really good. He made it really his own and completely different than Hunter Parrish, or Corey Mach. He plays the role much more serious, but he makes it work. He has an incredible voice, but much deeper. He belts the last note of "Alas for You" and it was incredible.

He added a couple of new things, and even though there was a put-in that day with the cast, it seems like the cast knew nothing about these changes because they all looked shocked and started to laugh at them.

All in all, he is in for a great run, and will only get better from here. Also, just in case anyone was wondering, he is only in the show right now until July 22.

Well, I'm glad his first performance went well :) Hopefully it keeps getting better!

How often did Corey Mach go on?

I think Corey has done about 15 shows as Jesus so far

This just in, Corbin will be out sick til next week! JK! We don't want that happening again with people assuming what they will. Haha. I think it's awesome that he is back on Broadway. Wish I could go see him!
