I was there last night, and for his first performance in the show, he was really good. He made it really his own and completely different than Hunter Parrish, or Corey Mach. He plays the role much more serious, but he makes it work. He has an incredible voice, but much deeper. He belts the last note of "Alas for You" and it was incredible.
He added a couple of new things, and even though there was a put-in that day with the cast, it seems like the cast knew nothing about these changes because they all looked shocked and started to laugh at them.
All in all, he is in for a great run, and will only get better from here. Also, just in case anyone was wondering, he is only in the show right now until July 22.
This just in, Corbin will be out sick til next week! JK! We don't want that happening again with people assuming what they will. Haha. I think it's awesome that he is back on Broadway. Wish I could go see him!
