Grover Dale and Anthony Perkins were in a relfationship for about 6 years, around '72-'73 they broke up.

Grover went on to marry Anita Morris. Anthony, after having his first heterosexual experience with a very young Victoria Principal went on to marry Berry Berenson, Marisa Berenson's younger sister.

My costume design professor was an assistant of William Ivey Long's at the time and said the process of making that costume was incredibly painstaking. They did indeed make sure the important places were covered, but then had to make numerous adjustments and tweaks based on the movement and choreography.
