Yikes for Magic/Bird. This show literally needs glowing reviews if it's going to survive. It played 7 performances and was beaten out by only 5 performances of a French farce at a subscription house. Not good news.

I was about to say the same thing. She still has a big fan base among teens and young adults.

Glad Raven is helping out Sister Act. I love that show! The woman at the box office showed me all the advance sales and said that they're doing very good business now, and that was only on her 4th performance in.

They have it based on 4 performances. Did they actually only do 4 shows this week, or is that a misprint?

Great bump for Sister Act! I hope they can keep pulling those numbers. As for Magic / Bird, YIKES!!! I can not see that lasting long. I'm glad to see a lot of the new shows doing so well, especially Evita!

Death of a Salesman was cancelled because Andrew Garfield had to attend the very prestigious Kid's Choice Awards! I really want to know what Philip Seymour Hoffman would have thought about that...

Wow, $170 average ticket price for Book of Mormon. That's crazy.

Glad to see Once is still climbing bit by bit.

Nice to see Raven giving SISTER ACT a boost! Is Raven contracted for a limited run or is it the average 6 months/a year?

Looks like Book Of Mormon could be heading for trouble it took a tip of $1,976, which is equivalent to 4 very premium seats, could it be heading for closure anytime soon?

Newsies still did great considering press night would have impacted it, if the attendance stays at the current level, they will doing $1m a week.

The combination of Ricky plus Evita is working big time.
Are those record numbers for previews?

Disney needs to just give NEWSIES a open-ended run already.

I imagine they'll announce either another extention or an open run around the Tony Nominations.

^I certainly hope so.

Also, how are those GHOST numbers for previews? With Newsies and Evita preview numbers sky-rocketing in the past few weeks I'm not entirely sure what to make of the numbers for Ghost.
