Anyone know when this airs in the USA and on what network?

If you're a British citizen you can e-petition the government to grant Alan Turing a posthumous pardon here http://submissions.epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/23526; to put Alan Turing on the back of the £10 note here http://submissions.epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/31659; and to put a statue of Alan Turing on the fourth plinth in Trafalgar Square here http://submissions.epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/29811
A morbid curiosity of mine was to find the unaired pilot of Americanized version of Ab Fab (that had Kristen Johnston and Kathryn Hahn). The stills I found make it look like two people in Edie and Patsy costumes for Halloween but after seeing the unaired pilot of Americanized Spaced, I feel like I can take on seeing any doppelgangers of shows I love.
I've never "gotten" this show. It's never made me laugh. I don't think it's bad, and I'm not here to sh!t on anyone else's opinion of it, as most people I know adore it, but I haven't thought about it in forever and this reminded me. It's up there with "The Big Lebowski" in the ranks of media that make me feel in a teeny-tiny minority among people whose opinions I very much trust.
In brief: better than a lot of the one-off specials but not as good as Ab Fab at its 1990s peak.
The set for Eddie's bedroom looked as if she'd picked up the furniture when Habitat closed down.
