LIVE CHAT option on BWW?

Does anyone think that doing a LIVE CHAT on BWW would be fun?

I know BWW is always expanding and doing all these fun features...
how about a live theatre chat?????

starchat.net offers a variety of fun live chats...i think BWW should offer it to its members

We did have one at the beginning but it was discontinued do to lack of use ( I popped in many a time to find it empty) even w scheduled chat times it still got little use. It got discontinued then brought back after some protest( and still not used!) and it's been gone so long I think you'd have trouble making the case that it would be better used now "fur shure!"

There's so many more members now than there was 6 years ago. i remember it now- it was a hoot sometimes. We would play trivia and talk silly and made really good friends. along the way

I think it would be most fun during opening nights, the Tony telecast, etc.

You could even have different rooms to discuss different shows.

I think the interactivity of all BWW readers would be great.
Especially with everything going on these coming months.

And we could also plan great meet and greets and such.

I remember one night a bunch of us were in there and we were all watching "The Singing Office" together. Gosh, that was so much fun. It wasn't long after that the chat disappeared.

i wanted to thank everyone who went on las night and chatted, and for those brave souls who also used voice chat and video chat on our impromptu makeshift BWW chat room. It brought so many memories back. Thanks to all of you that joined up and kept me up til 3AM! Our convos about theatre, films, talent, video sharing, hand modeling and frank wildhorn were a trip. Thanks guys an gals...it was a real pick me up after a crappy day. until the next.

If anyone is interested in keeping it alive-check out the room- sign up with your BWW name and chat away. There may be 1 or 2 people at first...but is DOES pick up and then we have a party. It was great to met 12-14 of you last night that regularly use the threads.

If you like what you see, sign this thread as a way to claim your voice and hopefully the chat room can be reinstated in a proper way as part of BWW.

It adds such a fun festive atmosphere- provided everyone plays cool and follows chat room standards.
