I've seen copies of this video on youtube going back to Sept. 2008 so it was at least before then.

This has been passed around for 2-3 years... It's from some big church conference, and they keep trying to take down all the copies once they figured out everyone was laughing at/parodying it.

This particular one was just posted a couple of days ago; will get removed too just like all the other ones (but not until I've laughed my ass off at it).
