In the more realistic sense, I'd love to see Liz Gilles as one of the girls.

The cast of BRING IT ON can go back to work now.
"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

In all seriousness though CapnHook, I'd take Adrienne Warren as Regina any day.

If SMASH is donezo by the time this thing takes flight (which, let's be honest.......) Megan Hilty should play Regina's mom. And agree that Kendrick was born to play Cady.

Also Krysta Rodriguez and Wes Taylor were just tweeting about it, and looks like they're all in to play Janice and Damian. YES PLEASE.

"You should go in for Mean Girls, mean girl"

No joke, that's probably my favorite episode so far. Eric Hennigan's Iron dog audition, when Aaron (Santino!) was amazing. Danny Burstein and Rebecca Luker. Farah Alvin's Mean Girls audition.

Although this may type-cast her, I'd like to see Kate Rockwell as Regina.

Ana Gasteyer can pull a Lainie Kazan and reprise her film role.

Or hell, give her the Tina Fey role.

If her Modern Family schedule would permit, Sarah Hyland would be terrific in this show.

Let's also appreciate the fact that Jeff Richmond is an amazing composer! The theme music for 30 Rock is terrific and I think his style would translate well to musical theater. I mean, look at "Muffin Top."

Nicole Parker for Ms. Norbury!

They should follow Rent's style of performing voicemails and incorporate the commentaries from the other students. Someone better sing about a heavy flow and wide-set vadge.
