I like how some posters say that a show is bad because it's liked by "clueless tourists". Last time I looked, tourists are the reason that Broadway has survived all these years. Their money is just as green as yours. Theater is a matter of taste and there's no right or wrong in anyone's opinion.
My eyes loved Spider-Man. My ears found it passable, some numbers were great, other induced misery. "Bouncing Off the Walls" and "Bullying By Numbers" we're probably the most offensive to my ears. My mind enjoyed the break from thinking. I had fun. The ticket was probably a little more than it was worth, but oh well. I'd suggest that others see it if they want amazing visual spectacle with possibly enjoyable everything else. There are rumors of a tour, but it most likely ill not... So for that reason alone, it is worth a viewing.
