She has to be willing to pick them up. They don't check id AFTER that. But one would think that would be an inconvenience since Millie can't attend herself.
Well, I would give them away, but they have the ID rule. And I can't make it to the theater. Oh well, someone in the standby line will get them.
I won tickets to Shakespeare in the Park's Twelfth Night (with Anne Hathaway) a few seasons ago the first time I entered...I never win anything! So of course I am disappointed.
Are seats allocated randomly whether lottery or the line? I happened to win the lotto today (loved the show tonight) and my guest overhead people behind saying they stood in line. I had thought the seats closer to center would have been line tickets.
Nope, it's all random -- even if you "donate" for tickets. Even if you "donate" for tickets. The last people getting tickets in line could get fabulous seats.
I have had that problem, dramamama, when I stayed on line for Merchant of Venice tickets. Boy was it hard to stay awake for that show. Glad I got to see it again without having to wait on line when it transferred.
I entere last Tuesday (the new first preview day) and lost, but won the following day. Unfortunately, I already had tickets to The Best Man that night so I gave the tickets to my friend. I think I still regret it. Oh well, there's always next year.
I finally won today! Very exciting, as it's my first time at the Delacorte Theater for Shakespeare in the Park, and my first time seeing a production of Into The Woods!
I won tickets for tonight's performance! Unfortunately, as a NYU student, I have zero dollars to my name. If anyone is willing to make an offer, feel free to message me. I will be in the area until 6:15pm.
Do any of you winners register during the day (8am-12:59pm)? I've heard several people post that they've won by registering around midnight, but I read those the next day. When I wake up. Because I'm sleepy then.
