I think Best's four choices would be my "ultimate four" as well--each iconic and groundbreaking in slightly different ways.
I can think of many individual routines I love, but from shows where I haven't seen much of the rest of the original choreography (ie all I know of Bennett's work for Promises, Promises is Turkey Lurkey, for Company is Tick Tock and for Follies is Who's That Woman) so it's hard to pick them. I love Pippin on video, but I think I like Sweet Charity more as far as Fosse goes (and while Reinking's Chicago is pretty iconic, and IMHO much better than Marshall's bland choreography for the film, I've liked what I've seen of the similar but more defined Fosse choreography more).
The best part of Will Rogers Follies is the choreography/staging (and I guess most of the actual choreography was by Jeff Calhoun), but it's just not a strong enough show for me to really list.
While it may be more "staged movement", I think Larry Fuller's work on Evita was great and underappreciated. And, while Fosse's work on the movie has overshadowed it, Ron Field's work on the original Cabaret (at least as re-staged for the 1987 revival which is how I've "seen" it), is *fantastic*.
